Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before your items are shipped. 

During peak holiday periods (November-December) orders may experience extended processing times. 

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided. Please note that once the package is in the hands of the courier, delivery timelines and handling are beyond our control.

Incorrect Address Policy

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, the shipping address cannot be changed. Elli Studios relies on the accuracy of the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and the package cannot be delivered, Elli Studios cannot offer a refund or reship the item. We kindly ask you to double-check your address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Elli Studios is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and monitoring your tracking information to avoid any issues.

Taxes and duties:

For international orders, any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

U.S. Orders: 
All taxes and duties are included at checkout and ship DDP in 2-8 business days. There will be no other fees upon delivery.
