So happy with my purchase, it’s a beautiful bag! The vegan leather is such great quality, I can’t wait to wear this all summer!
I ordered this bag for my friend’s birthday, and for it to arrive in time I ordered it with express shipping. After the shipping company saying they hadn’t received my order after the deadline it was supposed to be shipped by, I contacted Elli Studio through Instagram. I’ve never had such good costumer support, they were extremely friendly and helpful. They offered the shipping refunded, 50% refunded and a new bag to be shipped. Fortunately a few days later the bag showed up. (I assume a problem with the shipping company). Elli Studios still offered me a shipping refunded as it still was a few days late. The bag is amazing quality and incredible value for money. I would 100% recommend to anyone and my friend loves it and uses whenever she goes out.
Obsessed is an understatement!! I have had this bag for so long and she is still perfect. A gorg little pop of colour for any outfit!!
