Are Black Friday items final sale?
All discounted items purchased during our Black Friday sale are final sale.

Can I use discount codes during the sale?
Our sitewide Black Friday sale cannot be combined with any other discounts. 

Will sold-out items be restocked?
If a specific item is sold out, please contact us at hello@shopellistudios.com where we can provide accurate restock information.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed due to high order volume during the Black Friday Event.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed during the Black Friday Event may require additional processing time. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
